It sure would have wide, popular appeal. I didn't realize the restrictions would affect podcasts. I had hoped to feature some on my site. I don't see the need for such strong restrictions. Seems overboard to me. I also didn't realize these restrictions were being brought forth by the IOC. I assumed it was a Chinese move. That baffles me, as well.

I suspect the declines with network broadcasts will be getting worse at an increasing rate. This is an "On Demand" world and the networks don't keep up. Friedman's book, "The World Is Flat" really points all this out. Plus, these statistics update Friedman's work. The networks should be increasing their efforts to build their web presence.

I love the monkey too (who wouldn't?). But my real hero is Mike, the IT manager guy. When he says, "A monkey mauled me in the third grade," I decided he is the perfect person to lead the IT Complexity Freedome Fighters. Down with IT complexity! Simplify!

Hi there.

Just got to say what a great site you have at podcast.com

A great concept, easy to use, fast and smooth.

A web 2.0 social network for both podcasters and listeners... I love it.

I like the way that you integrate easy-to-locate feed links as well as easy-to-locate links to the podcaster's site. As for playing the podcasts at podcast.com, it loads fast and overall it's terrific to use.

Thanks for the invite to hop aboard podcast.com

looking forward to your special version.

from the info on apple.com, it doesn't look like you'll be able to find new podcasts using the wi-fi iTunes store (initially it looks like it'll be music only).
