I would like to subscribe to podcasts using my favorite software or website (iTunes, Google Reader, etc.).
On every podcast page, under the Show Advanced Options button, you will find several options to subscribe to a podcast: use the RSS feed link, or click on one of the many single-click subscribe options (iTunes, Zune, Yahoo!, etc.) if you have one of those services set up already.
If you want to use Podcast.com to subscribe to a podcast, just register for a free account via the Log In / Sign Up link at the top of any page on Podcast.com. Then you can hit the Subscribe button in the middle of any podcast page.
