I would like to subscribe to podcasts using my favorite software or website (iTunes, Google Reader, etc.).
On every podcast page, other than clicking the 
button, you will find several options under the 
button to subscribe to a podcast using a service besides Podcast.com: just click on one of the many single-click subscribe options (iTunes, Zune, Google, etc.) if you have one of those services set up already.
If you want to use Podcast.com to subscribe to a podcast, just hit in the middle of any podcast page; you can either login to your current Podcast.com account or register for a new (free) account. You can also register via the Log In / Sign Up link at the top of any page on Podcast.com.
